Position: Software Engineer (PHP Developer)

The EQuest’s Software Department has the following tasks:

·        Research technologies and applications related to enterprise application, academic management system for teaching and learning.

·        Develop web-based or desktop projects on demand.

·        Training new software engineers to serve the organization.

1.      Job Description

Manage and develop company’s projects such as:

·        Online and offline systems that serve the organization.

·        The content management system (CMS), the learning content management system (LCMS).

·        The multimedia slide show system.

·        The course, class, learning and teaching management system.

·        The online courses that integrate with web application, flash and other multimedia.

·        The embedded software that integrate with academic devices.

·        The learning utilities, academic games for mobile applications.

·        The sales and services management system

·        Other IT systems for academic management system and company’s activities.

·        Research and edit company’s process and standardization documentation related to the projects.

2.      Requirements

·        2–year experience in software development. At least one year experience in PHP development.

·        Expert in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript Framework (Jquery);

·        Familiar with PHP IDEs like Zend, Eclipse;

·        Ability to work on Linux environment is a plus

·        Willing to learn new technologies both by training and self-learning

·        Ability of working independent and teamwork, under high pressure and over time.

·        Be able to work with English technical documentation (Reading is a must)
