Helpdesk staff (2 persons)

Mô tả công việc:

Provide first level technical support and monitoring availability/performance of the service system
Maintain accurate operation documentation and provides reports as required relate to all systems activities and performance
Identifies, diagnoses technical problem related to service system failure/integrity and assist SE/SA in resolving these problems
Monitors system capacity and availability and alert SE/SA any potential issues
Assist SE in implement new software/hardware for the service system
Ability to work in shifts
Coordinating among end-user, system engineering and upstream service provider/supplier to fulfill customer’s support request
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision with occasional guidance

Yêu cầu:

Degree education in IT or Computer Science
At least 1 years experience in IT support
MCSA or LPI1 or CCNA certificates or equivalent
Hand-on experience with monitoring and maintenance Windows system
Hand-on experience with TCP/IP networking and LAN, WAN topologies
Understanding of Internet services
Familiar with Linux/Unix system and technologies
Good verbal communication skill in both Vietnamese and English
